ok... i shall post about the softball hw..
-the rubber tubey thing.. (for batting movement and throwing movement) for batting is 1 hand and 2 hand. 50 2 sets. (erm not sure)
-half squats + jump up. just do the half squats then u spring up w/o ur feet leaving the ground. (dunno how many to do =X)
-situps 30 2 sets
-pushups 30 2 sets
-skipping (dunno how many)
-run up and down the stairs (according to school stairs) 3 times. means up to 4th lvl then down.. then up again
-batting movement (the teeball stand tube or the rubber bats) just do your motion lor..
-finger push ups. go agaist the wall then use ur fingers push. (dunno how many)
pitchers- take the ball against the wall pitch (i think)

if i miss out anything pls tag the board or just come and edit the post. tofu should know how many sets for all. =]

ellox. shall blog blog abit. =) hmm. today me and ceri went to watch e club games (sonix ones) come to think of it why only we 2 only ah? >.< well anyway the games were interesting. esp the first game! the opposing team the first base man.. can halfway talk talk one. farni. actually tofu suppose to come but then halfway say got dental appointment. haish. oh ya! tofu if BY ANY CHANCE (as if) you are reading this.. do you have the minitoons receipt?! the thing got hole! air keep coming out! must xchange by wednesday hor!

hey peepx. everyone has to contribute a the belated teacher's day prezzies.. cause mrs koh say that softball is a respectable cca so we have to get the teachers i/c teachers day gifts.. so me and tofu have alraedy bought them ^^ please pay tofu on wed, she paid for the stuffs. dun worry its not alot the total cost was divided among 17 ppl lehz.. oh we also bought a gift for coach. damn cute one. XD
